Business Development Intern’ position is ideal for someone who is interested in building experience in digital marketing, cold calling and lead generation. ’Business Development Intern will be responsible for directly supporting GRACELABS outside Sales Representative(s). This role will be responsible for calling into both existing and new customers, working with marketing to develop strategy and with inside sales to build brand.

Marketing and Sales Interns will work with MXO’s team to accomplish goals and challenges. These goals and market challenges will be achieved by performing the following tasks: - Marketing/Sales - The goal of MXO is to promote and add users to the free app. All of our tasks will be oriented around this goal. The Sales aspect may also involve outreach, but will not be telemarketing. - Market Research - Identify, analyze, and make recommendations to the marketing plan based on response to current marketing outputs - Brand Awareness – MXO is a young company and much of its marketing involves educating the marketplace about its offerings and the value in those offerings - Community Outreach - Attending or helping to organize events at college campuses, community events, or networking events. - Data Entry and General Clerical Duties as assigned. We expect our interns to bring an energetic, creative, and optimistic attitude with them to the workplace, whether it’s a heads-down office day or a day out on campus. Above all, come prepared to learn, contribute, and have fun while doing it. Learning Outcomes Given the small size of our team, our interns will have the opportunity to be involved in a number of aspects that go into the creation and execution of a full-blown marketing plan, and will have the opportunity to significantly contribute to the growth and success of an ambitious, young company. More specifically, our interns will walk away with a thorough knowledge of the dynamics involved in competing in an Internet marketplace. Additionally, our interns will come understand the importance of product and strategy iteration based on market research, as well as the importance of accelerating this feedback loop.

We need a Badass intern to first help us with the hiring interns process.
