Responsibilities / Goals

Optimization of business processes (material flow, information flow, job controlling)
Reducing turnaround time

Cost analysis, reducing manufacturing costs
    Raising quality level, reducing manufacturing errors

Skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent organizational skills

Ability to complete a wide variety of tasks with minimal supervision

Passionate about business process optimization

Location: Florida

Responsible for monitoring and executing actions to meet the clients needs during weekends and afterhours.

Report directly to the Online Project Manager,


 As the Afterhours Online Project Manager you will

-Aggregate sample to online projects
-    Send survey invitations to panelists

-Monitor progress of live projects
-Keep up day-to-day communication with clients, give project updates during weekends and afterhours
-Create reports for clients and suppliers on completes, quota fulls, terms, etc.
-Keep up day-to-day communication with internal team


Requirements:
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Flexible schedule
Organized and punctual
Able to provide customer service

Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point
Microsoft Outlook
