We are a progressive online marketing company seeking a talented videographer. The candidate will film videos of sales training tutorials at various locations throughout San Diego. The purpose of this position is to create informative videos to grow our brand on social media. This candidate will learn hands-on entrepreneurship skills and 21st-century sales best practices from successful business owners. Expect to film once a week for a duration of 3-4 hours. Responsibilities 1) This candidate will be responsible to film at different locations throughout San Diego. (No video or editing equipment required.) Drive to filming locations. 3) Be reliable and on time. 4) Complete assignments when it's due. 5) Film interviews with our iPhone 8 Plus. 6) Upload videos to Dropbox from iPhone.2)

Arch2o is seeking a creative, innovative, architecture-obsessed Intern to join our team this Fall 2018 (13 Weeks : Sep 15th Dec 23th, 2018). Do you want to research/write about the most creative ideas around the globe, be part of an ever growing, globally recognized art , design and architecture website then read more on what is required and how to apply. Applicants must be native English-Speakers. Fresh university graduate or postgraduate (Applicants must have, at minimum, completed their second year of University). Applicants must be able to work from home (or school, workplace) and occasionally attend online events and meetings. Arch2o will expect each intern to dedicate an average of 12 hours per week. Writing experience is an advantage but not essential (if you have a Blog, or journal).

• Know how to Groom, Wash, Muck, Walk Horses
• Maintain facility care, free of debris and cob webs
• Organization of equipment
• Care for tack and feed rooms and outside facility
• Maintain inside arena and outside pastures including grading, fencing, and manure
• Must have knowledge of use of tractors and 4 wheelers
• Report maintenance that needs to be done to physical structures (for example, stalls, stall doors, barn doors, etc.)
• Keep facility shinning as a world class facility

Knowledge/Skills: 

• Organized, detail-oriented, dependable, exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Be self-initiative, extremely motivated, super organized, and animal lover
• Able to multi-task and work independently; punctual
• Good work ethic
• 8 years of age or older (preferable, but not essential)
• Must have knowledge of use of tractors and 4 wheelers
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Be capable of lifting over fifty pounds
• Ability to tack and untack horses unassisted

Note: This is a learning environment; we don't expect you to know everything! Applicants with prior experience in barn duties are preferred, but we will train the right person who is enthusiastic, dedicated, and willing to learn.
