Virtual Marketing Specialist

Location: Remote

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Build relationships by contacting clients that may have reached out on our website to book the Accelerator Coach and CEO for a meeting
Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective clients
Assist in planning and strategizing events. These events might be virtual or local
Brainstorm, collaborate, and develop other marketing strategies
Market our company and the Accelerator Coach and CEO through various social media platforms
Promoting and drive traffic to our website throughout various forms of social media and assist with coordinating special events, such as online webinars, Facebook groups, etc.
Attending at least 15 team meetings
Helping us manage social media platforms; such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube various forms of social media accounts. This will be accomplished by writing and posting frequently, engaging with our audiences and converting them to Virtual Interns and rabid fans of our company

Knowledge/Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Engaged in social media with understanding of individual platforms and be able to work virtually with appropriate tools (laptop, internet, Skype, mobile phone)
Extremely motivated, super organized, and an ambitious team player who has serious attention to detail
Ready to join a highly creative team, in a fast-paced environment with a growing company
Awesome communication and English skills
• Consistent formatting with all business-related writing and posts
Engage potential customers using social media platforms

Note: This is a learning environment; we don't expect you to know everything! Applicants with prior experience in Marketing are preferred, but we will train the right person who is enthusiastic, dedicated, and willing to learn. If you want to be a professional Marketing expert someday, this internship will give you that experience!

Virtual Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy/content
Measure the success of every social media campaign
Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies such as Buffer
Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
Collaborate with Marketing, Public Relations and Content Writer teams
Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
Brainstorm and implement innovative marketing/ promotion strategies
Promoting and drive traffic through all social media sites and act as the primary promoter
Able to attend Skype meetings once or twice a week (we will work with your schedule), and able to attend at least 15 team meetings
Consistent formatting with all business-related writing and posts

Knowledge/Skills:

Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
Good understanding of social media KPIs
Familiarity with web design and publishing
Excellent multitasking skills
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Team player
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills

Note: This is a learning environment; we don't expect you to know everything! Applicants with prior experience in Video Production are preferred, but we will train the right person who is enthusiastic, dedicated, and willing to learn.
