Marketing and Social Media Internship

Location: San Diego, California

Description: The Marketing Intern will be mentored primarily by the Marketing Director and will assist with various marketing activities, including, but not limited to: producing content for social media platforms, helping to execute our inbound marketing strategy, executing email marketing campaigns, and working on the company website.

The intern is also able to choose from a variety of capacities, including content marketing, paid media, search engine optimization (SEO), data and analytics, and B2B relations depending on the intern’s interest, we will be happy to tailor this experience. We like to make sure our interns feel supported and acknowledged their awesome work as they continue to grow their skills.

Fat Camp Films is a NYC // Philadelphia-based production company that creates bold comedic content ranging from film and TV projects to commercials and viral videos. In the short time since its launch, Fat Camp has already partnered with Funny OR Die, Disney Channel, DreamWorks, goPuff, FuckJerry, Discovery Channel, and most recently a bold new teen comedy called HOW TO GET GIRLS that launched on Hulu, October 2018. The trailer got so many views the distribution company pre-released it on V.O.D., simultaneously making it a top comedy rental this fall. The film features stars David Koechner (Anchorman, The Office), Chris Elliott (How I Met Your Mother), Chris Kattan (SNL) and Kate Flannery (The Office).

We are a progressive online marketing company seeking a talented videographer. The candidate will film videos of sales training tutorials at various locations throughout San Diego. The purpose of this position is to create informative videos to grow our brand on social media. This candidate will learn hands-on entrepreneurship skills and 21st-century sales best practices from successful business owners. Expect to film once a week for a duration of 3-4 hours. Responsibilities 1) This candidate will be responsible to film at different locations throughout San Diego. (No video or editing equipment required.) 2) Drive to filming locations. 3) Be reliable and on time. 4) Complete assignments when it's due. 5) Film interviews with our iPhone 8 Plus. 6) Upload videos to Dropbox from iPhone.
