Hospitality/Tourism Internship
Location: Ohio
hires more than 1,000 seasonal employees in 70+ different locations throughout the park. A wide variety of positions are available including cashier/ticket taker, pet farm, guest service host, lifeguard, restroom host, ride host, steam locomotive/train staff, traffic host, trash removal, and event set-up.
Duties and responsibilities vary depending on position. However, most positions require the following to be considered for hire:

Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to deal with the public
Honesty and reliability a must
Flexibility to work various hours and assist in other positions
Base pay for most positions begins at $6.25/hr. with an additional $1/hr. bonus program.

Our goal is to make happy rafters out of as many people as possible- in the most safe, fun and efficient way possible.

Responsible for greeting customers, answering the telephone, taking reservations, collecting money, selling miscellaneous items, handing out  gear to customers, and miscellaneous paper work.  This  position requires a 40 hour work week consisting of four 9 hour shifts and one 4 hour shift.
