• First by responding to all appropriate media outlets who are looking to tell a story about our company and/or Gina Yarrish and/or our amazing team.  Every day, HARO has media outlets like CNN, OWN, HuffPost, BuzzFeed and many more looking to find contributors.  We would like to contribute as a source to any stories that make sense for our area of expertise – Life coaching, processional growth, creative therapy, woman-run business, and much more
• Second by presenting our company as a media outlet to capture experts to help us write better blogs, articles and the alike.
• Promoting and drive traffic to our website throughout various forms of social media and assist with coordinating special events, such as online webinars, Facebook groups, etc…
• Attending at least 15 team meetings
• Helping us manage our social media platforms; such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube various forms of social media accounts. This will be accomplished by writing and posting frequently, engaging with our audiences and converting them to Virtual Interns and rabid fans of our company

Knowledge/Skills:

• Organized, detail-oriented, dependable, excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Adaptable to changes in projects and priorities, comfort and proficiency with email, the Internet, MS Office, and learning user-friendly software
• Extremely motivated, super organized, and an ambitious team player who has a serious attention to details
• Able to multi-task and work independently; punctual, and able to attend Skype meetings once or twice a week
• Ready to join a highly creative team, in a fast-paced environment, gain valuable experience with a growing company

Note: This is a learning environment; we don't expect you to know everything! Applicants with prior experience in Public Relations are preferred, but we will train the right person who is enthusiastic, dedicated, and willing to learn. If you want to be a professional Public Relations expert someday, this internship will give you that experience!

We're offering a very flexible position for someone to be a part of business operations from the ground up. We manage a few dozen businesses in the residential, consumer lending, and food and service industries. This position allows you to see and be a part of every different department within our businesses from accounting to legal to marketing and anything else that arises. If you hope to have a future career anywhere in business, this is a unique opportunity. There is no specific guidelines to what your position would entail. We would allow you to dip your feet into every portion of our operations so that you can experience and discover what constitutes a successful business.
