• Help prepare legal agreements and contracts for our attorney to review
• Helping us write policies for our team mate handbook
• Assist our Human Resource team in audits and compliance
• Brainstorm with our legal research team for cutting edge business opportunities

Knowledge/Skills:

As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for: 

• Setting up teammates with access to our online office, online scheduler, and email creation
• Authorizing teammates and training on how to use Passpack, our password security platform
• Both training and permitting teammates on Podio, our Customer Relations Management (CRM) platform
• Delivering excellent Customer Service to our teammates by solving technological problems with email, mobile, Skype, and break/fix incidents involving personal computer issues like storage, spyware, anti-virus, etc.
• Shaping the core Identity & Access Management (IAM) IT processes, including group policies and roles
• Using Sophos Protection web application for firewall filtering
• Supporting the front-line defense of networks and protecting all our confidential or nonconfidential information from unauthorized access and violations
• Analyzing and assessing potential security risks and developing plans to deal with such incidents by putting measures in places such as firewalls and encryption
• Monitoring and auditing systems for abnormal activity and executing the necessary corrective actions to resolve these problems. Familiarity with networking layers in relation to IT security is a plus
• Must be able to detect, catch and exterminate any viruses or bugs imposing on our company's website or any websites being used by us
• Must be able to use website optimization to reduce space size and cost reduction of IT infrastructure

Knowledge/Skills:

• assisting in launching blogs, writing blog posts and articles
• conducting internet research to find timely topics that have high SEO keywords and phrases
• creating attention-grabbing strategies to increase audience awareness, comment on blogs, social media and engage with our audience
• promoting and drive traffic to our website throughout various forms of social media and assist your team with editing other blog entries
• attending at least 15 team meetings
• managing our social media platforms; such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube along with various forms of social media accounts. This will be accomplished by writing and posting frequently, engaging with our audiences and converting them to either Virtual Interns, clients who need Virtual Interns or rabid fans of our business.You do not need to become an expert, but rather have a thirst for learning about our purpose and how you can help us expand

Knowledge/Skills: 

• Previous business writing is a plus and previous blogging, and editing experience is desire. Experience with WordPress is a plus, but not required
• Organized, detail-oriented, dependable, excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Script, story board, film, edit and promote videos for testimonials, talk shows, and/or our membership community
• Deciding on specific topics for videos, create the final script to be approved by the team, senior, and CEO 
• Schedule, find/create, and edit video footage
• Working with our YouTube Guru and our channel; working hand-in hand with our creative team of talented writers, social media and graphic designers

Knowledge/Skills: 

• Experience using video editing software (Final Cut Pro, Avid, Premier, After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite 6 or higher, etc.) 
• Experience with the video production process from start to finish (script writing, shooting, editing), and researching skills 
• Extremely motivated, super organized, and an ambitious team player who has serious attention to detail
• You should also be creative and be able to conduct some research and analysis
• Organized, detail-oriented, dependable, excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Adaptable to changes in projects and priorities, comfort and proficiency with email, the Internet, MS Office, and learning user-friendly software
