Japanese / English speaking person with objective to gain tax and accounting experience. We will start clerical work more than professional work first, then seeing the progress, will determine whether to increase professional work or not. Commuting possible from Manhattan.

Looking for talented interns to assist our Director of Development and Creative Executive with script coverage and story development. Most of the work will be out-of-the-office reading and script coverage with weekly meetings discussing the materials read. This is an excellent opportunity for those who want to fulfill an internship requirement and gain coverage, reading, development and industry contacts and experience in their spare time.
No experience is necessary, but strong writing and analytical skills are a must.
•Assist the Accounts Receivable Coordinator with cash application in both the advertising and affiliate sales billing systems and ensure proper general ledger coding. •Follow up with advertisers and affiliates on past due payments and reports as needed. •Help maintain accounts receivables files including cash receipts, monthly invoices, advertiser credit reports, etc. •Assist the accounts receivable staff in the billing/invoicing process. •Complete check requests, expense reports, travel authorizations, and office supply requests as needed. •Perform administrative responsibilities for the Finance department, including filing, making copies, sending faxes, and scheduling meetings. •Prepare weekly banking center deposits. •Perform other duties as required.
•BA or BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field preferred. •Proficient in MS Excel. •Detail-oriented and goal driven.
Must have a basic understanding of technology (know how to download an app, not build one)
Must be prompt and reliable
Hours are flexible but you must show up when needed
3 - 4 hours a day, Mon - Fri. (Some Saturday mornings when needed).
Must provide your own transportation
Payment will be discussed during interview process but expect to earn $700-$1,000/month on average.
