An Accounting Clerk in the General Accounting Office needs to be flexible in work schedule and job duties. Responsibilities include data entry, filing, report generation and customer service. Accounting Clerks will be assigned to one department: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger or Payroll.
Accounting Clerks must have an accounting education or related work experience and be familiar with general office procedures. Computer skills are essential with knowledge of Excel and Word helpful. Teamwork and positive interactions are essential with strong communication and people skills.

Job Title:  J1 Career trainee in small business administration

The trainee will receive practical training in all aspects of operating a business. Among the many theoretical business applications learned, they will be able to apply those skills to actual implementation. The trainee  will  drive their  ******* along a predetermined route selling, preparing and serving ice cream to customers in various neighborhoods. The trainees’ objective is making high sales every day you work.
Stipend:
$280.00 per week plus sales commission/bonus
The Stipend of $ 280.00 is based on Career trainee working 4 days per week.
The pay period is every two weeks.
Sales commission/ bonus are paid at end of successful completion of season .
The Sales commission/ bonus are based on Career trainee weekly gross sales.
The average Sales commission/bonus earned( accumulated) is between $145.00 to $400.00 weekly.
Housing and Area Description
The Trainee will be working and living in either the facility in  Runnemede or Trenton, New Jersey.
In Runnemede:
The Career trainee will be living at the Presidential apartment complex, located in downtown Runnemede, New Jersey. This apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1bathroom, eat-in kitchen, and a large living room and dining room. This housing is provided by *****  free of charge. Spaces are limited and on a first come basis, depending upon availability and does not guarantee each employee a space. 3 to 4 Career trainee per bedroom.

The objective of the Internship Programme is threefold:

 To provide a framework by which graduate and under graduate students from diverse academic backgrounds may be assigned to ***** where their educational experience can be enhanced through practical work assignments.

Internship Programme is offered on a two-month basis three times a year:
•    Mid January to mid March (Spring Session): The vacancy announcement is posted mid May, the deadline for applications is mid September.
•    Early June to early August (Summer Session): The vacancy announcement is posted mid September, the deadline for applications is end of January.
•    Mid September to mid November (Fall Session): The vacancy announcement is posted end of January, the deadline for applications is mid May.
 
To qualify, the following conditions must be met:

1. Applicants must be enrolled in a degree programme in a graduate school (second university degree or higher) at the time of application and during the internship; or

2. Applicants pursuing their studies in countries where higher education is not divided into undergraduate and graduate stages must have completed at least four years of full-time studies at a university or equivalent institution towards the completion of a degree.

3. Development-related fields such as economics, international relations, anthropology, sociology, public or business administration, or environmental studies. Other fields of study may be considered depending on the type of assignment;

Any work produced by interns during their internship within the framework of the duties assigned to them should be used for academic purposes exclusively. All economic and moral rights (copyright) pertaining to such work will remain the exclusive property of the ****.
