Marketing Internship
Graphic Design Internship

Marketing: Qualified candidates will be seniors or graduate students in business, writing, or marketing degree programs. Must be highly creative, have excellent written communication skills, and be able to work independently. US and international students are welcome to apply.

Graphic Design: interns will work closely with the Director of Marketing, Director of Business Development, and other senior staff on a daily basis, offering substantial opportunities for professional development in addition to the experience of working on specific projects.

Students work on-site at business, nonprofit, governmental or international organizations 4-4.5 days/week while participating in programming, which involves an academic course 1 night/week, along with activities such as lectures, embassy visits, special briefings and tours, and the completion of a portfolio. Internships are determined on an individual basis with the help of a program advisor on staff who counsels the students and identifies potential organizations that could provide experiences to match the studentsâ€™ interests and goals.

Paid or Unpaid: Varies. Some organizations provide funding to help offset program and housing fees for the semester or summer. Financial assistance is very limited for international students not attending a U.S. institution of higher education. Many scholarships are limited to U.S. citizens and permanent residents.

Dates: Year-round. Please visit our website for dates and deadlines. We offer 15-week fall and spring semesters, along with 10 week quarters and summer term.

Students must be at least second-semester sophomores at the time of their internship and must earn academic credit for the experience. A 2.75/4.0 GPA is required. International applicants also need to have a valid passport, obtain a TOEFL score of 213 or higher, qualify for a J-1 Visa, be covered by an acceptable health insurance plan during the program, demonstrate availability of sufficient funds and submit a $125 application fee.
