Seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk with knowledge of UPS/FedEx/USPS shipping procedures for light weight items (i.e Computers, Computer Accessories, e.t.c) and letters (pull/pack/ship). basic computer knowledge is helpful, but not necessary. You will be responsible for working with the Customer Orientation Manager and the Satisfaction (CSI) team to analyze Customer Satisfaction data.

You will assist in the daily customer orientation and customer satisfaction operations processes by interpreting data to help create actionable information to create customer focused awareness both internally and externally.

Students, as you are gearing up to apply for summer internships, here is an overview of what 1M/1M has in store this year. As you know, our mission is to help 1 Million entrepreneurs build $1 Million in annual revenue. We will be awarding 1M/1M scholarships to those interns who complete 100 hours of successful projects, as follows:

The bulk of the internships this year will be around our work with social media. Over the past year we built a high volume social media platform [try it by following @sramana and @1mby1m] with 200 messages a day. As we reach into newer and diverse geographies, we are working to devise and execute culturally and geographically nuanced strategies of social media engagement.

You will be driving the engagement for individual target geographies including the USA, Europe, Asia, and Latin America using social media mechanisms. Further you will provide critical feedback that helps us to refine our marketing model. These opportunities include both strategy and execution. This exercise will help you learn interesting aspects of social media marketing including channel management and influencer engagement.  You can find a general overview of our strategy here.

Our intent is to make it as content rich as possible, and are looking to bring onboard enthusiastic individuals for the purpose. Success in these positions requires creativity and the ability to quickly absorb knowledge of new topics. You can find an overview of our strategy here.

Our blog is jam-packed with high quality content – interviews, trend analysis, stock analysis, interviews with industry leaders, company profiles, videos, and most recently, even a newly launched comic strip. All this great content needs to be carefully packaged and mapped to the Twitter channel. Micro-blogging is a different medium than straight blogging. We need your help to map the content from the blog to Twitter.

You will be reading a lot of insightful material from diverse topics such as Finance, Entrepreneurship, Sales and Marketing and craft micro-blogging content. This exercise will teach you a ton on entrepreneurship and market trends. The experience and the scholarship together we expect would give you a good introduction to entrepreneurship.
