Our firm is currently seeking an ambitious Admin/Mkt intern who is passionate about creative marketing and the business of real estate. This individual should be highly motivated, detailed-oriented, computer-savvy, extremely organized with the ability to think fast. Also this candidate must communicate effectively, and have great interpersonal skills.

This will be an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to gain first hand knowledge about luxury residential real estate and luxury property management nationally and internationally. During this internship you will learn hands-on how to employ marketing, demographic research and analysis, and public relations that produces results.

Internship duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Identify and locate luxury residential properties which help meet the objectives and goals of the organization.
• Establish a research method for collecting and analyzing data for each project.
• Research potential markets.


Gather, analyze, and compare data.
• Maintain market intelligence database and use computer systems to compile and examine statistical data.
• Assist in the creation and production of listing advertisements.

Drive company's on-line visibility and social networking: Daily maintenance of listing advertisements, Facebook, Twitter, third party realty websites, etc.
• accurately and professionally representing our products to provide exemplary service to clients.

We are the subsidiary of a French company, based in the Flatiron, we sell Lingerie, and adult novelties. We are looking for an intern not afraid of a challenge, who can multitask, and is pro-active.

The company is small so the duties would include the following:
- weekly report,
- Data/order entry (some products ship directly from showroom and others need to be ordered from our headquarters in France)
