Immediate openings for Graphic Design interns. If you thrive in a fast-paced working environment and are ready to get a foothold in the entertainment industry, this position is definitely for you. A fast growing multi-media entertainment company working in a wide range of film, music, and television productions. Clients include MTV, VH1, WORLD LINK TELEVISION, NICKELODEON, and more.

Job Requirements: We are seeking extremely bright, energetic, hardworking, individuals with a passion for graphic and web design and attention to detail. The candidates should be ready and willing to help out in any way that they can. Great sense of humor is a MUST! Some knowledge of production, postproduction, A/V equipment, and computers preferred, but not a necessity. Part time or part days are both ok but a regular schedule is preferred.

One of the leading PR Agencies in LA. We have 4 departments: Talent, Television, Events and Corporate. Interns work directly with Assistants and Junior Publicists on a variety of projects such as compiling media lists and press kits, making pitch calls and learning how to write a press release as well as dubbing reels, faxing, photocopying, and other office duties.

Great opportunity for hands-on experience. Seeking committed interns that are interested in learning about what goes into publicity in the entertainment industry. Must be a college student receiving school credit. You must be able to multi-task and have good organizational skills.

Internships offer the practical opportunity to become a member of the staff and to work side-by-side with professionals producing, promoting, and administering the full spectrum of the performing arts.

Summer: 12 weeks, full-time (40-plus hours per week)

Fall and Spring: 12 weeks, part-time (maximum of 24 hours per week)

Our Internship Program offers a unique hands-on learning opportunity in a beautiful setting. All interns have direct contact with our visitors and have the opportunity to educate in a non-formal environment. While assisting the staff, interns will do a project related to their area that is beneficial to the intern.

They will also help out with other general office tasks such as filing records, and managing the donor database. Nightlife/Party planner positions


(over 21 years old unpaid internship)


Our nightlife/party planner interns are in charge of the small events (limo tour/birthdays) and the whole nightlife part (promotional services for nightclubs, admissions, table reservations, party pics..etc)
 We work with some of the best nightclubs in Manhattan and our promotional services are a big part of our activity. We are in charge of the nightclub’s communication and our Euro weekly parties are famous in Europe and in nyc (European community). We need interns to work with us on marketing and communication strategies. Nightlife and event planning industries request special hours. Our interns need to know that our events take place at night (late night hours). Its important for us to clarify those points.


Schedule:
Tuesday and Wednesday from 10am to 2pm
Thursday and Friday from 2pm to 6pm
 Wednesday or Thursday/Friday/Saturday from 10pm to 3am (networking from 10pm to 11.30pm + nightclub from 11.30pm to 3am)




TASKS:

 Office duties (Tuesday/Wed/Thursday/Friday Daylife):
- Web-Communication and Web-Promotion (Promote our weekly parties on internet)
- Cold calls and Prospects (Promote our parties through sms and phone calls)
- Limo Tour coordination (Reservation, planning, coordination)
- Birthday Party coordination (Venues research, reservation, negotiation, planning, coordination)

Networking events (10pm to 11.30pm Wed or Thurs/Friday/Saturday - Nightlife):
- Pictures (Take pictures during the event)
- Public relations (Make connections in order to increase our contact/client's database)

Nightclubs (11.30pm to 3am Wed or Thursday/Friday/Saturday - Nightlife):
- Admissions (11.30pm, meet and walk our members vip in the club)
- Pictures (Take 30/40 pictures during the night Give out our flyers/business cards)
- Table reservations (Take care of our vip table and the other reservations)
- Networking and communication (Make connections)

 Unpaid internship (possibility of bonus)
