Recreation/Sports internships

Camphill offers interns a variety of oppurtunities in order to gain skills through service learning. There are many open positions in our locactions across the country. You can do anything from homework help, to help in maintaining a garden. Our self-contained schools offer a place for disabled people to come and learn in a natural evironment.

Educatoin Internships
Location: New York


Various duties will be assigned to interns. Main duties will be assisting supervisor with interacting with children and their parents. Perform various classroom duties and other administrative tasks. Applicants should have a positive attitude and have prior experience working with children. We would also ask that you have good written and verbal communication skills, and be able to work in a fast paced environment.  Interns will be required to work 20-25 hours a week between the hours of 9-5. Internship lasts from August 31 to December 18 and applicants must be willing to commit to the entire time. At the end of commitment interns will receive a $850 stipend. Education Internships
Location: Alabama


Interns will be responsible for providing an environmental and adventure education for children. You will also be able to help develop new curriculum and have a chance to work with wildlife. Other clerical and maintenance tasks will also be apart of the interns responsibilities.
