Opportunity:
Successful Candidate will work to develop, test, implement and support the existing ClassifyTool on Microsoft Windows baseline platforms, in MS Outlook and MS Office applications and future applications such as MS Exchange Outlook Web Access. Candidate will assist users in the use of this application via email and telephone. Candidate will design, code, test, debug, and document newly written programs. Candidate will perform at an advanced technical level and should have a complete understanding of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming activities. Candidate will ensure that enhancements are made to the product in support of client policy changes. Candidate will use the Remedy system to update tickets and route to appropriate personnel. Required experience:
Candidate is required to have expert knowledge with Microsoft Visual Studio .NET, Microsoft Visual Studio Tools for the MS Office System 2003, C#, Visual Basic .NET, and Visual Basic for Applications, and able to integrate through the use of APIs in to MS Office 2003/2007 Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and MS Access.
