Are you looking for a dynamic internship and the chance to work closely with an agent whose interests you share on work that really matters? CMA interns often evaluate manuscript submissions, edit manuscripts and nonfiction book proposals, write pitch letters, and learn the ins and outs of publishing contracts. We are located in the Richmond, VA area—transportation to a home office is necessary for in-office interns. There will be one mandatory staff meeting twice a month via conference call. We require a minimum of 16 hours each week. Although we are flexible, we look for a full semester commitment.
